About Ed's Gluten Free

Ed's Gluten Free Specialty was opened in the fall of 2009 and is dedicated to supplying uncontaminated Gluten Free foods for people suffering from Celiac Disease.

The owner Ed Richter, had suffered from undiagnosed Celiac Disease for nearly forty years, and after finally discovering what was making him so sick, he realized how difficult it was to find delicious and safe products to eat.

Ed found that not only did he have to drive to several different locations to find a suitable supply of Gluten Free food, the prices were insanely high! Not only was he sick, he felt the supermarkets were taking advantage of his illness, by overcharging for the products available for a Celiac diet.

It was at this time the Ed decided to try and level the playing field in this growing market. Ed's Gluten Free Specialty will not empty your wallet, We prefer to fill your fridge with safe and delicious Gluten Free foods.
