Crispy Pan Fried Chicken
For those of you that are looking for a great crunch on your chicken that taste amazing, I have it for you! This pan fired chicken is amazing on a tasty bun or on it’s own.
Crispy pan fired chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup Bob’s all purpose flour
30 ml Mrs. Dash extra spicy seasoning
3 tbs gluten free chicken stock mix
Salt & Pepper to taste
40 ml Almond oil or vegetable oil
2 eggs (beaten)
1. Use 10 ml of almond oil and 10 ml of extra spicy seasoning and marinate chicken for 45 minutes.
2.Add brown rice flour, all purpose flour, 20 ml extra spicy seasoning, salt and pepper and chicken stock in a bowl to create a dry rub.
3. Beat eggs in bowl, set aside. Add oil to a pan heated to medium-high.
4. Coat chicken breast in egg wash, then place into flour and completely coat the chicken with the seasoned flour. Place into hot oil right away.
5. Chicken should be a golden brown color once done, place onto paper towel and decrease the chicken before serving.
